- If you cannot get the screen to retract take the screen off of the wall.
- Move the screen to a slight angle backwards (behind the screen) and try again. This usually will sort out the problem.
- Once having got it to retract the screen should loosen up (they may be stiff as they are brand new)
- Repeat procedure a few times to make sure you can get it back into the casing.
- Give the screen a few weeks to wear in, if you still have and problems please contact Crosby and Bown ltd.
